Curtain rods
Brackets
Screws
Drill

Instructions

Choose the location for your curtain rods. You'll want them to be placed about 6 inches above the top of your window frame and about 4 inches to the side of the window frame on each side.
Mark the location of the brackets on the ceiling. Use a level to make sure the marks are level.
Drill pilot holes for the screws. Drill the holes a little bit smaller than the screws you're using.
Insert the screws into the pilot holes and tighten them until the brackets are securely attached to the ceiling.
Hang the curtain rods on the brackets.
Adjust the height of the curtain rods so that they are level and the curtains hang evenly.

Tips

If you're not sure where studs are located in your ceiling, you can use a stud finder to help you find them.
Make sure the screws you're using are long enough to go through the brackets and into the studs.
